Email Policy

Bernius Consulting is a one-person consultancy. This policy explains how we use email to contact businesses, and what you can do if you received an email from us.

No unsolicited bulk email

• We do not send bulk email, and we do not buy, rent or use purchased email lists.
• We do not use bulk-sending or automated cold-email tools.
• We do not allow any affiliate, partner or third party to promote berniusconsulting.com by unsolicited email or by any other form of spam.

How we contact businesses

• A first contact is a single, individually written email to a business address that the business publishes itself (for example on its own website or Google Business Profile).
• It is about that specific business, usually an issue we found on its own website or listing.
• Every such email identifies us by name and includes our postal address and a simple way to opt out.
• We send at most one follow-up. If there is no answer after that, we stop.

Opting out

Reply to any of our emails with “no” or “unsubscribe”, or write to stefan@berniusconsulting.com. We honour every opt-out within 24 hours and do not contact that address again.

Newsletter

Our newsletter goes only to people who signed up and confirmed their address (double opt-in). Every issue contains an unsubscribe link.

Report a concern

If you believe you received an email from us that breaks this policy, or that someone else is using our name or domain in unsolicited email, please tell us at stefan@berniusconsulting.com. We will look into it and answer.
